All pieces are 100% handmade in Minnesota by an independent artist. They are ethical, sustainable, and are produced in low quantities so every piece is special.
1004 implements elements of fantasy and futurism to prepare the wearer for any adventure, whether it be in the woods or the concrete jungle.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Kelsey started designing and sewing at a young age with the assistance of her mother. She holds a bachelor of science in apparel design from the University of Minnesota.

It comes from a wordplay. How the number 1004 (one thousand & four) is pronounced in Korean (chun-sa) is homophonous to how the word Korean word for angel (‘천사’) is also pronounced.
